Worcester investments, with the help of Acuity Partners, closes on 50 million Dollar acquisition of historic Kansas City property

A historic downtown property is officially off the market.

The 35-story residential and office building at 909 Walnut St. was bought by Worcester Investments for an undisclosed amount in a deal brokered by Institutional Property Advisors.

Included in the deal, which closed on Dec. 21, was an attached eight-story parking garage and 929 Walnut St., a nine-story office building connected to the taller building. The asking price for both buildings was $50 million. Institutional Property Advisors’ Michael Barron, Daniel Burkons, Joshua Wintermute and Max Helgeson brokered the deal.
